Los Angeles, CA, Oct. 2007-2011 – Acquired auto strip center, on a highly sought after property on Pico Blvd, adjacent to Beverly Hills, CA. Repositioned the property by increasing the rental income from the tenants, including the pole sign tenant.  Obtained entitlements for mixed use for the site and sold the property at premium valuation.
