Aimee Knox has been in property management since 1994, she is the Controller for the company and her primary role is all aspects of accounting using the Yardi Property Management Software. Aimee attended Humboldt State University in California for an accounting degree. She went on to pursue her first accounting position at a property management company in California where she learned the Yardi System. After, five years with them she moved to Las Vegas and obtained her current position. She has mastered the Yardi Property Management System Software with 28+ years of experience.

Mr. Vine founded REALM in 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in management and civil design with an emphasis on design build capital improvement projects. Jason has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo College, CA. Jason is a work horse and just this year alone (2016) he and his firm have completed over 152 very different projects from Caltrans bridge demolition and inspection, to preparing design build plans and construction inspection for a massive Sac river pumping station to provide water to thirsty southern California residents. Jason facilitates a team environment and has an emphasis on training of all employees so that everyone is on the same page. This allows the staff at REALM to tackle each project with the same successful strategy time after time to produce positive results.
Mrs. McNulty received her Masters of Architecture degree at University of Arizona in Tempe following a Bachelors of Art degree at California State University Chico. She brings 15 years of professional experience with a diverse portfolio of government work, office buildings, mixed-use, religious institutions, higher education facilities, historic building renovation, retail and residential design. She has extensive knowledge in interfacing with local jurisdictions, cost estimating and production of construction documents and construction administration. She has many design build projects under her belt utilizing a variety of building systems, including conventional wood frame, steel structures, and concrete block construction. Most recently she expanded her construction knowledge with a rammed earth building.
